Refund and Return Policy

This policy covers purchases made on encoder.encodedbrands.com, whether the purchase is made by you directly or by a software agent acting under your account or API key.

Digital deliverables

An encoding produces a finished digital deliverable: your Brand Context Protocol files. Because the deliverable is produced and delivered immediately, sales are generally final once your BCP has been compiled.

When we make it right

If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we will make it right. That includes a failed encoding, a duplicate charge, or a clear defect in what we delivered. The remedy may be a re-run of the encoding or a refund, at our discretion.

Subscriptions

The Monthly plan can be canceled anytime. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period. Manage your subscription from your account or contact us.

Crypto and stablecoin payments

Payments made in stablecoins or other crypto assets are final and non-refundable. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed, and we cannot return funds to a sending address. If a crypto-paid encoding fails on our end, our remedy is a re-run of the encoding, not a refund.

Agent purchases

Purchases made by an authorized software agent are treated the same as purchases you make yourself. The account owner is responsible for charges an agent completes under their key, per the Terms of Service.
